Below you will find the answers to frequently asked questions:



- Check that your audio sources are correctly connected. See Connections
- Check that your Audio settings consist of at least 4 channels Do not choose “2 Ch” See Video Settings

This means that the camera has not been detected as a turret camera.
- Check that it is compatible and supported by the system.
- Check that the control cable is properly connected and there is no loose connection.
- Restart the detection process:
- either by closing and restarting the STUDIO solution (See LAUNCH of STUDIO system),
- or via the Info
menu by clicking on Re-detect all cameras
- Check that the format of the video signal is the same as the setting on the video input. See Input configuration

- Can you see the preset positions thumbnail under the camera preview?
- Check that the joystick is properly configured. See Controller configurations

- Check that the video output is properly activated. See Settings
- Check that all the cards are detected by the system. See Settings

- Only 2 NVENC (GPU) processes can run on the same machine.
